This is our signature sequence class at Flow. Be prepared for a full body flow where you can learn the fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. A great balance of strengthening, detoxifying and flexibility. This class has inspiring music and will work every muscle in your body through breath and movement at a moderate pace.

Flow Express

This is our signature sequence class at Flow but modified for a quick and invigorating workout (45 Minutes) . Perfect for a lunch break. Be prepared for a full body flow where you can learn the fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. This class has inspiring music and will work every muscle in your body through breath and movement at a quick pace.

Flow Vinyasa

Our Flow Vinyasa class is perfect for all levels, from beginner to expert, it is where we suggest beginners to start. Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. This class focuses on an introduction to the fundamental postures of any yoga practice and is a slower pace focusing on proper alignment for safety and stability.

Flow Restorative

The Flow 60 minute restorative yoga class is a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters.This class is designed to cultivate a state of relaxation in the body and mind, consciously relaxing tension from both. Restorative yoga is the perfect for any and all other forms of exercise.



Slow Flow

Our 50 minute Slow Flow class focuses on alignment of foundational yoga poses. It is great for beginners and anyone wanting to work on alignment.
